STEP ONE
Intake Session

The goal of the intake session is to identify a clear starting point and envision what a successful process would look like. First, we will take time to clarify your goals and why they are important to you. We will then move into a joint-by-joint movement screen to uncover any physical limitations that may need to be addressed in our training program. To round out the intake session, we will get baseline information on nutrition and lifestyle behaviors and get you set up with an InsideTracker Ultimate + Subscription plan.

TRAINING PLAN

After completing the intake session, it is time to take action! We will align on a schedule in which we will plan to meet (in-person and/or virtually) 2-3 days/week. In addition to the 2-3 live training sessions, you will be provided with comprehensive programming on your individual training days as well. Your goals and schedule will significantly influence how your training plan is constructed for your individual training days.

Nutrition & Supplementation Guidance

Based on your nutrition evaluation, personal preferences, and InsideTracker data, you will be provided with opportunities to access premium quality Thorne supplements and Trifecta meal plans that align with your overall goals, schedule, and training plan.

Monthly Program Reviews

Perhaps the most undervalued part of a successful training program, the review will be an opportunity for us to evaluate our successes and challenges from the month and proactively align on a plan for the upcoming month. Consistent communication is the bedrock of a successful training plan as it allows for course-correction and realignment in real time.
